Owner's day summary

Yesterday in one sentence: patients, billed, collected and payer share not yet claimed, then revenue, waiting times and stock alerts.

Daily collections

Received, refunded and net by method, cashier and shift, with M-Pesa, card and bank references for reconciliation.

Revenue by department and payer

Billed, waivers, discounts, credit notes, net and collected side by side. Charges with no price are counted, never valued at zero.

Claims pipeline

What SHA and insurers owe that isn't claimed yet, by age, then SHA claims by state with amounts claimed, approved and paid.

OPD, lab and pharmacy registers

Every visit with its diagnoses, every test with turnaround and flags, and every medicine handed over with its batches.

Reports questions

Does it produce MOH 705A, 705B and 717?

They are being added. The counting engine is built and tested, and the forms will be added once the official form definitions are loaded and reviewed. Until then those pages say the form isn't available yet, rather than showing approximate numbers.

Can I download reports to Excel?

Yes, with the export permission. Reports download as CSV files that Excel opens, and every download is recorded in the audit log. Reports also print on A4 with the facility, period and who printed them.

Do the collections match what the cashiers took?

Yes. Daily collections are totalled by method, cashier and shift, with each shift's variance and its reason. A difference is shown as a problem, never hidden.

Who can see patient names in reports?

Only people with the register permissions. The owner's day summary shows totals only, visits with sensitivity labels are left out for readers without the matching permission, and every view is audited.
