Admission to discharge, on one record

Admit from a visit

Admit a patient straight from their outpatient or casualty visit, keeping the notes, orders and results already recorded.

Bed board

See every ward's beds at a glance, each marked occupied, free or cleaning, in words as well as shape.

Transfers

Move a patient between beds and between wards, with each move kept in the admission's history.

Discharge

Discharge the patient from the ward and free the bed for the next admission.

Bed-day charges

Bed-days become charges through the same engine as tests, drugs and procedures, linked to the admission.

Roles and audit

Admissions, transfers and discharges follow the same permissions and audit log as the rest of the system.

Inpatient care is being added to the same system as outpatient care, not bolted on beside it. The admission is a visit like any other, so what already works carries over.

Can I use inpatient management today?

Not yet. Inpatient management is being built now. The outpatient modules are the ones you can see working today. Book a demo and we will show you where inpatient care stands.

How are bed-days billed?

Through the same charge engine as tests, drugs and procedures. A bed-day becomes a charge linked to the admission, so nobody has to remember to bill it.

Does the admission keep the outpatient record?

Yes. A patient is admitted from their outpatient or casualty visit, so the notes, orders and results from that visit stay with them on the ward.
