The visit is the spine. Registration opens it, clinical work adds to it, and every test, drug and procedure becomes a charge on it the moment it is confirmed.
Registration and queues
Patient search, duplicate checks, check-in, triage and queues with a waiting-area display.
Medical records
Consultation notes, allergies, ICD-11 diagnoses, orders and prescribing with safety checks.
Laboratory
Orders from the consultation, barcode labels, results, validation and critical-value alerts.
Pharmacy and stores
Dispensing by earliest expiry, counter sales, goods received, transfers and stock counts.
Billing, M-Pesa and eTIMS
Charges from clinical actions, cashier shifts, M-Pesa payments and KRA eTIMS receipts.
SHA claims
Eligibility, pre-authorisation and claims through the official AfyaLink APIs.
Reports
Daily collections, revenue, claims pipeline and registers. MOH returns being added.
Inpatient care
In development: admission, bed board, transfers, discharge and bed-day charges.

What every module shares
Runs in the browser
Nothing to install on each computer. Open it in a browser at reception, the ward or the owner's office.
Keyboard shortcuts
Frequent actions have shortcuts, and Ctrl K finds a patient from any screen.
Offline drafts
Triage and note drafts are kept on the device when the connection drops. Payments and orders never queue, so nothing is done twice.
Audit log
Writes, chart views, prints, exports and sign-ins are recorded in an append-only log.
Roles and permissions
Each user sees what their role allows, checked on the server. Admin and finance approvers sign in with two-factor codes.
Importers
Bring in your existing patients, price lists and opening stock balances when you start.
